HR Operations Supervisor - Ismailia

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business needs.Support OD initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.Supervise HR operations activities including personnel, employee relations, and compliance with labor law.Collaborate with line managers to identify HR needs and provide effective solutions.Ensure accurate HR reporting, documentation, and policy implementation. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 4–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Proven experience in Recruitment and OD within an industrial/FMCG environment.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
