Overview: As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our agricultural products meet rigorous quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities:Conducting thorough QA and Quality Assurance checks on various agricultural products.Performing essential Lab Analysis to verify product specifications and safety standards.Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.Documenting and reporting quality inspection results and non-conformances.Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
Skills & Technologies: This role will immerse you in practical applications of QA methodologies, lab analysis techniques specific to agriculture, and crucial soft skills like attention to detail and problem-solving.
You will gain invaluable experience in data collection, documentation, and contributing to a robust quality management system.
Must be a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.Fluency in English is a must (written and verbal).0–1 years of experience in a quality-focused role or related agricultural field.Demonstrated understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) principles and quality standards.Familiarity with agricultural processes and a genuine interest in agricultural product quality.Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.A proactive approach to identifying, reporting, and resolving quality discrepancies before they become issues.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced industry.
