OverviewAs a Production Engineer, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
You'll be instrumental in optimizing production lines, enhancing product quality, and contributing to our commitment to recycling and sustainable practices within plastics engineering.

ResponsibilitiesOptimize Production Processes: Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, focusing on plastics engineering principles.Ensure Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards for all manufactured products.Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify and address technical challenges on the production floor, applying mechanical engineering expertise.Support Recycling Initiatives: Actively participate in developing and implementing recycling strategies to promote sustainable manufacturing.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with R&D, maintenance, and quality departments to achieve production goals.Maintain Documentation: Prepare and update technical reports, process specifications, and operational procedures.Adhere to Safety Standards: Champion and enforce all safety regulations and best practices within the production environment.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related Engineering field is highly preferred.Required Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Production, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing principles, and a strong understanding of Engineering fundamentals.
Experience or keen interest in Recycling and Plastics Engineering is essential.Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within an engineering capacity.Career Level: This is an exciting Entry-Level opportunity designed for ambitious individuals eager to launch their engineering career and make a significant impact from day one.Problem-Solving Acumen: A strong ability to analyze complex issues, propose effective solutions, and implement improvements in a fast-paced production setting.Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
