Overview: As a Site Engineer, you will be at the heart of our construction operations, ensuring projects are executed flawlessly from conception to completion.
You will bridge the gap between design and reality, translating intricate plans into impressive structures that stand the test of time.
Responsibilities:Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget.Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.Interpret and implement architectural and civil engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.Prepare detailed reports on project progress, material usage, and resource allocation.Utilize AutoCAD extensively for reviewing designs, making necessary adjustments, and preparing site layouts.Ensure all site operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering principles, coupled with hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD.
Experience with construction management tools, site supervision techniques, and quality control processes will be key to your success.

Required Skills:Profound expertise in AutoCAD for design review and modification.Solid understanding of Civil Engineering principles and practices.Strong background in Architectural Engineering, including structural and design considerations.Proven ability in Construction Management and project coordination.Demonstrated experience in effective Site Supervision and team leadership.Exceptional skills in Quality Control and ensuring project specifications are met.Ability to interpret and produce accurate Technical Drawings.Excellent Problem Solving abilities to address on-site challenges efficiently.Strong Team Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Experience Requirements:A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in site engineering or a related construction role.Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects.Career Level Expectations:This is an Experienced level position, requiring a proactive approach, leadership potential, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a larger team vision.
