ResponsibilitiesHandle daily email correspondence with international suppliers and clients.Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, shipments, and administrative tasks.Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reports.Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications.Support management with administrative and organizational duties.Track tasks and ensure timely follow-up and completion.
