• Supervise and monitor all architectural and finishing works at the construction site.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents before execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines (MEP, etc.).
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship standards are met.
• Monitor project progress and report any delays, risks, or technical issues.
• Review and verify quantities and progress for subcontractor invoices.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support when required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and project handover activities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and finishing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, and architectural detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of quality control procedures and site management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
