Civil Tender & Procurement Engineer

Tendering & Estimation • Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements. • Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. • Prepare technical and commercial comparisons for materials and subcontractors. • Assist in preparing technical and commercial tender submissions. Procurement & Purchasing • Source and evaluate suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors for civil & Arch. materials and services. • Issue RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. • Prepare purchase orders in accordance with project specifications and company procedures. • Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. • Coordinate with site engineers and project managers regarding material requirements and delivery priorities. • Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and approved submittals. • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline. • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil & Arch. estimation, tendering, procurement, or quantity surveying within construction projects. • Strong understanding of civil & Arch. systems, materials, and construction practices. • Experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, or fit-out projects is preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline. • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil & Arch. estimation, tendering, procurement, or quantity surveying within construction projects. • Strong understanding of civil & Arch. systems, materials, and construction practices. • Experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, or fit-out projects is preferred.
