Job Title: Field Service & Application Specialist – Sterile Compounding SystemsLocation: Cairo, EgyptExperience Level: Junior–Mid (1+ years)About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Field Service & Application Specialist to support sterile compounding systems in hospital and pharmaceutical environments.
The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and training healthcare professionals on advanced medical systems.
ResponsibilitiesInstall, commission, and validate sterile compounding systems.Perform on‑site troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance.Optimize equipment performance and ensure compliance with USP , USP , GMP/GDP standards.Provide technical training and application support to healthcare staff.Deliver clear documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ validation).Support system integration, remote assistance, and IT/network configuration.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or Biotechnology.Minimum 1 year of field service experience in medical devices, hospital equipment, or pharmaceutical environments.Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, calibration, validation, and root cause analysis.Familiarity with SQL basics, LAN/IP configuration, and software‑driven medical devices.Clinical awareness of TPN workflows, chemotherapy preparation risks, aseptic techniques, and cleanroom environments.Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.English proficiency (B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.Willingness to travel frequently.Preferred ExposureExperience with sterile compounding systems (Baxter, B.
