Responsibilities:Engage with Customers: Handle inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction.Administrative Excellence: Manage office correspondence, organize documents, schedule appointments, and maintain meticulous records.Support Operations: data entry in excel sheets, and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.Communication Hub: Facilitate clear and effective communication internally.Shipping companies: dEaling with shipping companies.
Skills & Technologies: excel, emal, whatsapp business, calls.

Your Interpersonal Skills will shine in this role!Experience: We are looking for candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative roles.
This foundational experience will be key to your success.Career Level: This is an exciting Entry Level opportunity, perfect for individuals eager to launch or advance their careers in a supportive professional environment.Location: Must be able to work on-site in Giza, Egypt.Working hours: 4Pm to 9.30 PMWorking days: only 4 days from sun to Wednesday. 3 days off Overtime: be available if needed
