Senior Production Executive ( Event Planning Experience )

-Lead end-to-end production execution for events and activations. -Prepare production plans, timelines, and schedules. -Receive and review site measurements to ensure execution accuracy. -Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with suppliers.- Supervise fabrication, branding, staging, and production materials.- Manage AV and technical production requirements.- Conduct site visits and pre-event inspections.- Follow up on-site during execution, installation, and setup phases.- Inspect final finishing and ensure quality standards are met.- Lead setup and dismantling teams during event days.- Monitor budgets and control production costs.- Resolve on-site issues and last-minute changes efficiently.– Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients.- Prepare post-event reports and supplier evaluations. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - 3+ years of experience in event production or related industry.- Strong knowledge of production materials, fabrication, and installation processes.- Good negotiation and supplier management skills.- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.-high Detail Oriented and ,commitment , and result-driven person - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - 3+ years of experience in event production or related industry.- Strong knowledge of production materials, fabrication, and installation processes.- Good negotiation and supplier management skills.- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.-high Detail Oriented and ,commitment , and result-driven person
