• Monitor all buses, vans, and transportation vehicles in real-time using GPS tracking systems.
• Ensure drivers follow assigned routes, schedules, and pickup/drop-off plans.
• Track delays, unauthorized stops, route deviations, and traffic disruptions.
• Coordinate directly with drivers regarding route changes, delays, or emergencies.
• Ensure on-time employee pickup and drop-off according to approved schedules.
• Monitor speeding, harsh driving, and unsafe driving behavior.
• Report operational issues such as breakdowns, accidents, or delays immediately.
• Maintain accurate trip records, movement logs, and incident reports.
• Generate daily operational reports on fleet movement and performance.
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and client service teams to resolve transportation issues.
• Monitor GPS device connectivity and report technical issues for maintenance.
• Support route optimization to reduce delays, fuel consumption, and operational costs.Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
• Minimum1–3 years of experience in GPS tracking, transportation, or fleet monitoring.
• Previous experience in employee transportation / staff transportation companies is preferred.
• Strong experience with GPS tracking and fleet management software.
• Good knowledge of city routes, traffic patterns, and transportation operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
