Site Surveys & Readiness Checks: Conduct comprehensive site visits to verify opening dimensions, structural steel supports, civil clearances, and electrical supply provisions prior to manufacturing and installation.Technical Review: Analyze shop drawings, architectural layouts, and technical specifications to ensure a seamless fit between manufactured products and site conditions.Installation Supervision: Direct and supervise on-site installation technicians and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and project timelines.Testing & Commissioning: Execute rigorous testing of automatic doors, sliding/swing gates, operators, control panels, safety sensors, limit switches, and access control integrations.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact on-site, communicating effectively with clients, main contractors, consultants, as well as internal teams (Technical Office, Production, and Logistics).Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve on-site technical challenges, installation obstacles, or coordination bottlenecks with practical, engineering-backed solutions.Documentation & Reporting: Prepare site survey reports, measurement sheets, daily progress tracking, material checklists, and official project handover/sign-off documents.After-Sales Support: Coordinate and assist with periodic maintenance, warranty service calls, and corrective technical interventions when necessary
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in site engineering, project execution, field installation, or maintenance—preferably within automatic doors, sliding/swing gates, rolling shutters, sectional doors, elevators, or similar electromechanical systems.Technical Knowledge:Strong foundation in mechanical assemblies, motors, gearboxes, and motion systems.Working knowledge of basic electrical wiring, control panels, automated logic circuits, limit switches, and safety sensors.Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and installation manuals.
