Role Overview:Your role will be to help and support the rapid sales growth of ALIGNA® and its digital orthodontic business transformation.
The Territory Sales Manager will be the primary commercial point of contact for new ALIGNA® customers and will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
You will drive territory revenue, expand clinical adoption of ALIGNA® solutions, and ensure excellent customer engagement across orthodontists, general dentists, and dental centres.
It is a field-based role, and the selected Candidate will manage all aspects of the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Achieve sales targets with efficient territory planning and prospecting.
Deliver quarterly and annual sales plans for your territory.
Build and maintain a prioritised account list, identify and qualify new orthodontist and dental clinic opportunities, and update the territory plan each quarter to ensure a predictable pipeline and revenue.
2.
Customer engagement and enrolment: Lead commercial conversations with orthodontists and general practitioners to understand—and when appropriate, challenge—their treatment preferences.
Drive enrolment and smooth case flow by ensuring customers complete onboarding and remain engaged via the ALIGNA® portal and loyalty program.
3.
Commercial program implementation: Partner with the Marketing Team to localise and execute commercial programs, promotions, and campaigns.
Track execution, measure results, and follow up to optimise adoption and ROI.

Case tracking, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration: Monitor territory cases, clinical scores, loyalty points, and progress.
Provide regular, actionable updates to customers and internal teams.
Maintain proactive 360° communication with Clinical Teams, Customer Service, Commercial Heads, labs, and imaging centres to resolve issues and accelerate adoption.
5.
Field leadership and market intelligence: Serve as the field lead for finance, discounts, offers, and promotions—ensuring correct implementation and compliance.
Capture and share competitive and market insights to inform product positioning, pricing, and commercial strategy.
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in any medical field or Business Administration. (Dentistry field is A plus)
• Minimum 2 years’ commercial experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, dental products, capital equipment, or related B2B sales.
• Full professional proficiency in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM.
• It is a field position, so transportation and travel up to 80%Preferred:
• Experience in digital sales, start-up, or matrix environments.
• Prior role as a product specialist or territory manager in the dental/orthodontic industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills, commercial mindset, and ability to influence cross-functionally.Core competencies: Results orientation;
