The Site Architectural Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating architectural construction and fit-out activities on-site.
The role ensures that architectural works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules while maintaining compliance with safety and company requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.1–3 years of experience in architectural site engineering, construction, or fit-out projects.Experience in commercial, healthcare, hospitality, or administrative building projects is preferred.Good knowledge of architectural finishing works, including flooring, ceilings, partitions, painting, doors, windows, and façade works.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.Familiarity with construction methods, quality standards, and site execution processes.Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and MEP teams.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is considered an advantage.Basic understanding of local building codes and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.Good problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.Ability to work on-site and travel between project locations when required.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks while meeting project deadlines.
