English Call Center Agent – Lead Qualification (US Account)On-site – Heliopolis

OverviewWe are hiring English-speaking call center agents to join a high-performance team working on a US account.This is a target-driven role, not a typical customer service job.Your responsibility is straightforward:Call → qualify → pass strong leads to the sales team.If you are confident in your English and comfortable working under pressure, this is a strong opportunity with real earning potential.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to potential clients (US market)Follow a structured script to qualify leadsAccurately enter and update data in the systemMaintain consistent call volume and performancePass qualified leads to the closing team
