Exceptional Communication Mastery: Strong command of both spoken and written Arabic, with a distinct and clear Saudi Dialect/Accent.Customer Service Excellence: Proven experience (1-5 years) in a demanding Call Center or Customer Service environment, demonstrating a passion for Customer Care and Customer Relationship Management.Problem-Solving Prowess: A natural ability to analyze issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions with empathy and efficiency.Technological Acumen: Comfortable navigating CRM Software and other relevant tools, with excellent Data Entry skills.Dynamic Soft Skills: Possess outstanding Active Listening, Conflict Resolution, Time Management, and Teamwork abilities.Educational Background: A High School Diploma or equivalent is typically preferred; relevant certifications are a significant advantage.Career Aspiration: This is an Entry Level position, perfect for individuals eager to launch or elevate their career in customer service, with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.Dedication to Detail: Ability to accurately record information and follow protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
