Overview: As our HSE Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our safety strategy, responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs.

Responsibilities:Develop and Implement: Design, establish, and continuously improve robust HSE management systems, policies, and procedures.Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations, including OSHA standards.Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and implement effective control measures to mitigate risks.Training & Development: Lead and facilitate HSE training programs for all employees, ensuring a high level of awareness and competence.Incident Management: Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.Environmental Stewardship: Manage environmental programs, including waste management, emissions control, and sustainability initiatives.Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including fire safety protocols, and conduct regular drills.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on HSE performance, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Technologies: This role demands a deep understanding of HSE Management principles, coupled with practical experience in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Quality management, and Engineering best practices.
Proficiency in implementing Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, Fire Safety protocols, and advanced Risk Management techniques is essential.

Educational Excellence: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.Seasoned Expertise: Bring 8-15 years of progressive experience in HSE management, ideally within an industrial or operational environment, demonstrating a proven track record of success.Leadership Acumen: This is a Manager-level position requiring strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to effectively guide and influence teams.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Profound understanding and practical experience in HSE, Quality, and Engineering principles.Expertise in developing and implementing robust Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
