AI Developer (Python) - midlevel

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications using Python • Build, train, test, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models • Integrate AI/ML models into production systems and APIs • Work with structured and unstructured data for model development and analysis • Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to deliver AI-based features • Improve model accuracy, performance, and scalability • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code • Monitor and troubleshoot deployed AI solutions • Stay updated with the latest AI, machine learning, and Python development trends • Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using LangGraph or similar frameworks • Design and implement prompt engineering strategies for Agentic systems • Optimize LLM usage costs through semantic caching and efficient prompt design • Work with persistence/caching layers for agent state management • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of exp as a AI Developer • Strong experience in Python programming • Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar • Good understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision concepts • Experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy • Experience with API development and LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, etc.) • Experience with Docker, Git, and GitLab CI/CD workflows • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Good communication and teamwork skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of exp as a AI Developer • Strong experience in Python programming • Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar • Good understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision concepts • Experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy • Experience with API development and LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, etc.) • Experience with Docker, Git, and GitLab CI/CD workflows • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Good communication and teamwork skills
