Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in the BPO / Call Center industry who is passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth.This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your contributions directly impact the company’s expansion both locally and internationally.If you are a results-driven professional who thrives in a positive work culture and values career growth, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the call center industry both within Egypt and internationally.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Proven experience in business development within the contact center/BPO field Strong analytical thinking with a strategic, results-driven mindset Proven experience with Upwork is a plus (bidding & closing deals)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills Good command of English (spoken and written)
