Use AI video tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Runway, Sora, Kling, and similar) to generate, enhance, upscale, or extend content and accelerate workflows.
Assemble edits with strong pacing, storytelling, transitions, sound, and music.
Ensure color and grading consistency across a campaign and across all channels and formats.
Deliver multiple versions, aspect ratios, and formats optimized for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, app/web, TV).
Collaborate with the Art Director, videographers, and production team to match the intended creative vision.
Organize and manage footage, project files, media libraries, and version control.
Maintain quality and hit deadlines across a high volume of content. REQUIREMENTS 4+ years of professional video editing experience, with strong hands-on skills in color correction and grading.
Proven experience editing raw footage from commercial shoots (not just pre-cut or stock content).
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent grading tools);
After Effects a strong plus.
Hands-on experience with AI video generation and editing tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Sora, Kling, Pika, or similar.
Solid understanding of color pipelines, LUTs, LOG/RAW workflows, and color spaces. A strong showreel demonstrating both editing quality and color-grading work.
Excellent eye for color, contrast, skin tones, and consistency.
Good sense of pacing, rhythm, storytelling, and sound design.
Detail-oriented, self-managed, and able to handle multiple projects under deadline. NICE TO HAVE Experience grading commercial, product, food, or luxury/lifestyle content.
Basic motion-graphics or animation skills.
Experience integrating AI-generated footage seamlessly into live-action edits.
On-set experience or familiarity with camera and lighting setups (helps inform grading)
