Location: Egypt (Remote Work) Target Market: United Arab Emirates (UAE) Company: Alpha Medical & Dental Services Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleAlpha Medical & Dental Services is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Tele-Sales & Marketing Executive based in Egypt to support the promotion and sales of innovative medical equipment and healthcare solutions in the UAE market.The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting healthcare facilities, arranging meetings, and supporting business development activities. All required communication tools and resources will be provided to ensure success in the role.Key ResponsibilitiesContact hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare professionals in the UAE.Generate qualified leads and business opportunities.Schedule online and physical meetings for the sales team.Promote medical equipment and healthcare solutions through phone calls, emails, and digital channels.Conduct follow-up calls with prospective clients.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.Support marketing campaigns and social media outreach.Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare decision-makers.Sunday to Thursday 9:30 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation & Benefits Salary: EGP 9,000 per monthCommission: 1.5% on every successfully closed deal Company-provided communication tools and business support Opportunity to grow within an international medical equipment company
Requirements Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory) Previous experience in tele-sales, customer service, marketing, or business development Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Self-motivated and target-oriented Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and online communication tools Experience in the medical field is an advantage but not mandatory
