Shopify CRO & Growth SpecialistAbout Paris ChicParis Chic is a premium eyewear brand bringing independent Parisian designers to the GCC market. We currently operate in the UAE and are preparing for expansion into Saudi Arabia.We are looking for a hands-on Shopify CRO & Growth Specialist who can help improve our online store performance, optimize the customer journey, and increase conversion rates through practical, data-driven improvements.Job ResponsibilitiesAudit and analyze the Shopify store to identify conversion opportunities.Optimize website structure, user experience, and customer journey.Improve homepage, collection pages, and product pages.Implement conversion-focused improvements directly within Shopify.Add and optimize trust signals, calls-to-action, and lead capture elements.Support localization and adaptation of the website for the Saudi market.Monitor website performance and recommend ongoing improvements.Collaborate with the team to prioritize high-impact growth initiatives.RequirementsProven experience working with Shopify stores.Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices.Ability to identify customer friction points and improve conversion performance.Experience implementing website improvements directly within Shopify.Analytical mindset with a focus on business results.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage priorities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with fashion, luxury, lifestyle, beauty, or premium consumer brands.Experience in GCC or MENA ecommerce markets.Knowledge of Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and A/B testing.Experience with email marketing and customer retention strategies.What We Are Looking ForWe are not looking for a pure designer, agency, or strategy-only consultant.We are looking for someone who can:AnalyzeRecommendExecuteand help transform a good-looking website into a high-converting ecommerce experience.Screening QuestionsShare 2–3 Shopify stores you personally worked on and explain your contribution.What are the first 3–5 improvements you would make to parischic.aeCan you implement Shopify changes yourself?Have you worked with fashion, luxury, or premium lifestyle brands before?What would be your priorities during your first two weeks on this project?Employment TypePart-Time / Freelance (Remote)CompensationCompetitive compensation based on experience and demonstrated results, with potential for long-term collaboration.
Job RequirementsProven experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores.Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles.Experience improving ecommerce website performance and customer journeys.Ability to implement website changes directly within Shopify.Familiarity with Shopify themes, apps, and store customization.Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working with ecommerce brands.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.Good command of English (written and spoken).Preferred QualificationsExperience with fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.Experience in GCC or MENA markets.Knowledge of A/B testing and website optimization techniques.Experience with email marketing and customer retention strategies.Understanding of customer psychology and online purchasing behavior.
