The Project Manager will act as the operational lead across the company, working closely with the CEO to ensure that all projects, initiatives, and departments are aligned with the company's strategic goals. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, improving workflows, and ensuring successful execution of company initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.Coordinate and align activities across all departments, including Training, Media Production, Content Development, Marketing & Social Media, IT, AI Solutions, Business Development, and Operations.Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, priorities, and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient workflow.Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.Track project KPIs and prepare executive reports and dashboards for senior management.Organize weekly project meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure accountability across teams.Support the launch of new services, digital products, training programs, partnerships, and business initiatives.Coordinate with external partners, freelancers, vendors, and consultants when required.Ensure company policies, project documentation, and operational procedures are consistently followed.Assist the CEO in strategic planning, operational execution, and organizational growth initiatives.Manage project risks, resolve operational challenges, and escalate critical issues when necessary.Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across all teams.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, Business, Media, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Training Management or Learning & Development.Experience in online training, e-learning, EdTech, or corporate learning is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).Experience with instructional design principles is an advantage.Excellent project planning and organizational skills.Outstanding communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple online training programs simultaneously.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in AI, Media, Digital Skills, or Future Skills training.Experience working with international learners.Knowledge of learning analytics and digital assessment tools.Professional certifications in Training, Learning & Development, or Instructional Design are a plus.
