We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Marketing & Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, lead generation efforts, and business growth activities. This position is ideal for someone who is creative, highly adaptable, eager to learn, and passionate about leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing performance and productivity.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development, or a similar role.Experience with social media management and content creation.Familiarity with email marketing platforms and digital marketing tools.Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and working methods.Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.Preferred QualificationsExperience in B2B marketing and lead generation.Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.Basic graphic design and presentation design skills.Experience creating marketing content for professional services, consulting, or technology-related businesses.
