Capacity Building Manager

Develop and enhance training content, including instructional materials, and presentations.Monitoring the performance of content and tools and identifying ways to improve the content and the product.Deliver interactive, engaging in-person and virtual workshops, webinars, and training sessions.Analyze feedback and updates into existing training materials to improve relevance and effectiveness.Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established standards.Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members to gather insights and information for content development.Adapt content to different modalities, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments.Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates on project progress.Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders.Build relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and trainers.Track progress, analyze training impact, and prepare reports on the success of capacity building initiatives.Performing other procedures necessary to support issuance of the assurance deliverables Bachelor’s degree.5+ years of experience as a training manager or in a similar role with a track record of designing and implementing training programs.Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.Strong leadership and team management abilities to inspire and motivate others.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving organizational goals through effective training and development initiatives.Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platformsBilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer-oriented skills.Excellent management and leadership skills.Excellent planning and organizing skills.
