ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Create monthly content plans aligned with business goals.Lead content production with designers, photographers, videographers, and editors.Build creative campaigns that generate qualified leads and strengthen brand awareness.Analyze KPIs and continuously optimize performance.Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and AI tools.Manage community engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager.Proven experience managing social media for established brands.Strong knowledge of content strategy, branding, storytelling, and audience growth.Experience leading creative teams and managing content production.Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, analytics, and reporting.Excellent English communication skills.AI Skills (Required)Candidates must have practical experience using AI tools in their daily workflow, including most of the following:ChatGPTClaudeGeminiMidjourneyAdobe FireflyRunwayCapCut AICanva AIElevenLabs (or similar AI tools)Other AI tools for content creation, copywriting, image generation, video editing, automation, and productivity.PreferredAutomotive industry experience is a plus.Luxury brand experience is a plus.Experience managing remote creative teams.
