E-commerce Operations Supervisor – WordPress / WooCommerceCompany Overview:We are a Saudi-based perfume e-commerce business looking for an E-commerce Operations Supervisor to manage and improve our WordPress / WooCommerce online store.This is not a pure developer role, not a pure graphic design role, and not a pure digital marketing role. We need a practical and organized person who can operate the online store daily, manage product listings, improve product pages, handle basic SEO, edit product images, use AI tools, and coordinate with designers, developers, and marketers when needed.Work Location & Job Type:This is a full-time on-site position in Saudi Arabia.The selected candidate must be willing and ready to relocate and work on-site in Saudi Arabia after passing the evaluation stage.The hiring process will start with an online interview and a practical assessment before the final selection.Relocation and final employment details will be discussed after the candidate successfully passes the interview and practical test, based on business needs and mutual agreement.Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of a WordPress / WooCommerce perfume store.Add and update products with images, descriptions, prices, categories, tags, and attributes.Upload products manually or through Excel / CSV when needed.Organize product categories and improve product page structure.Improve product pages and user experience inside the store.Edit and prepare product images using Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools.Remove backgrounds, improve image quality, and standardize product image style when needed.Create simple banners for the website and social media.Write and improve product descriptions in Arabic and/or English.Apply basic SEO for products and pages using Rank Math or Yoast.Work with Elementor and common WooCommerce plugins.Monitor simple website issues and coordinate with a WordPress developer when needed.Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and image editing tools to improve content, images, and productivity.Suggest marketing actions needed for the store, such as content ideas, product campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, and paid ads requirements.Identify when the store needs external support from designers, marketers, developers, or content creators.Coordinate with external designers, marketers, or developers and follow up on assigned tasks.Prepare weekly reports covering completed tasks, issues, and suggested improvements.Requirements:Practical experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.Experience in e-commerce operations and product listing.Ability to add and manage products professionally.Good knowledge of Elementor and common WooCommerce plugins.Basic SEO knowledge, preferably using Rank Math or Yoast.Experience with Excel / CSV product uploads is preferred.Ability to edit product images using Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools.Ability to write or improve product descriptions.Good attention to detail and ability to organize product data.Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media content.Ability to coordinate with designers, developers, marketers, and other external service providers.Experience with Salla is a plus.Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, retail, or consumer products is a plus.Willingness to complete a practical test before hiring.Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Saudi Arabia after passing the evaluation stage.Important:Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a practical test before hiring.Practical Test:Add 5 perfume products to WooCommerce.Edit 2 product images.Write professional product descriptions.Add SEO Title and Meta Description.Create one simple website banner.Prepare a short report explaining what the store needs in the first 30 days.How to Apply:Please send your CV with links to previous work.It is preferred to include examples of:WordPress / WooCommerce stores you worked on.Product listing samples.Product image editing samples.Simple design samples.SEO improvements or product page improvements.Any previous experience with Salla or e-commerce platforms.Arabic Note:هذه ليست وظيفة مبرمج فقط أو مصمم فقط أو مسوق فقط.نحتاج شخصًا عمليًا ومنظمًا يستطيع تشغيل متجر WooCommerce يوميًا، إضافة المنتجات، تحسين الصور والوصف، عمل SEO بسيط، استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وفهم احتياجات المتجر من مصممين أو مطورين أو مسوقين عند الحاجة.العمل سيكون حضوريًا في المملكة العربية السعودية بعد اجتياز مرحلة التقييم.ستبدأ إجراءات الاختيار بمقابلة أونلاين واختبار عملي، وبعد اجتياز التقييم سيتم مناقشة تفاصيل الانتقال والعمل الحضوري في السعودية حسب احتياج الشركة والاتفاق بين الطرفين.
