Overview:As a Senior Odoo Implementer, you will play a crucial role in the full lifecycle of Odoo ERP implementations. From initial consultation and requirements gathering to system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support, you will be at the forefront of driving successful project outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Odoo implementation projects from inception to completionGather and analyze user requirements to design tailored Odoo solutionsConfigure and customize Odoo modules to meet specific business needsConduct user training sessions and provide ongoing supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systemsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo implementationsDevelop comprehensive documentation for Odoo configurations and processes. Job RequirementsExperience: 3-5 years of proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation.Skills: Must have a strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules and their configuration.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Python and SQL is highly desirable.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Odoo Expertise: Deep knowledge of Odoo ERP and related technologies.Implementation Experience: Proven track record of successful ERP Implementation projects.ERP Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of ERP systems and their role in business operations.Skills & TechnologiesProficiency in Odoo and its various modulesStrong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.Experience with Odoo systems and their integration with other business applications.Solid knowledge of accounting software and financial processes.Familiarity with Python and SQL.
