Manage procurement and supply chain operations, including supplier coordination and shipment scheduling.Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.Coordinate with shipping companies and customs to ensure smooth clearance and accurate documentation.Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning and forecasting.Review and maintain all supply chain, shipping, and customs documents.Track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery to clients.Prepare basic reports on inventory, orders, and supply chain performance.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related fieldImport/Export Specialist with 2 years experience. Trade Compliance knowlege. Logistics Coordinatino (with import/export focus)Customs Broker / Customs Compliance coordination.Basic Global Trade knowlege.Basic Knoledge of HS classifications, BOL, Icoterms, Duty drawback, Free Trade Agreements, L/Cs, Familiarity with ERP systemBasic understanding of inventory management principles
