We are an edutainment camp serving children aged *3 to 7 years*, offering seasonal programs designed to support learning, creativity, movement, and social development. Our services include *seasonal camps*, *back-from-school programs*, and themed activities that create a safe, engaging, and fun environment for young children. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and managing high-quality camp programs throughout the year. This includes *annual calendar planning, continuous program development, creation of catchy and engaging activities for camps, events, and services*, as well as *staff coaching and training*, ensuring all programs meet Leap’s standards. *Key Responsibilities* *Program Planning & Development* * Plan and manage the *annual camp and events calendar** Develop and continuously improve *camp programs, event activities, and service offerings*.* Create *catchy, creative, and age-appropriate activities* for: * Seasonal camps * Back-from-school programs * Special events and activations* Design weekly and daily activity plans, themes, and schedules.* Ensure programs balance *fun, learning, movement, and creativity*. *Staff Coaching & Supervision* * Coach and supervise camp counselors and coordinators.* Ensure proper activity delivery and engagement techniques.* Provide ongoing feedback and performance support.* Build a positive and motivated team culture. *Training & Development* * Plan and deliver *staff training programs* before and during each season.* Train staff on activity execution, safety, and child engagement.* Ensure all staff are prepared to deliver programs confidently. *Camp Operations Support* * Support smooth daily camp operations.* Coordinate schedules, materials, and setup for programs and events.* Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. *Quality & Experience* * Ensure a safe, fun, and memorable experience for children.* Maintain high standards across all programs and services.* Gather feedback and suggest improvements.
*Qualifications & Skills* * Experience working with children aged *4–7 years*.* Strong creativity and program-development skills.* Experience in camps, early childhood education, or activity-based programs.* Leadership and team coaching abilities.* Organized, energetic, and detail-oriented.* Strong communication skills.
