Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments.Perform EBS cloning, patching, and upgrades.Design and manage backup and recovery strategies.Support DMZ setup and administration for EBS environments.Apply application and database patches as per maintenance schedules.Monitor and troubleshoot database and application issues.Raise and manage Oracle Support Service Requests (SRs).Support and administer other enterprise applications such as JDE and Hyperion.
2+ years of experience as an Oracle Apps DBA or Database Administrator.Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS administration, cloning, patching, and upgrades.Strong knowledge of Oracle Database administration and backup/recovery.Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL is highly preferred.Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
