Software Proficiency:• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD/others) software for electrical panel design andlayout.• Familiarity with engineering software for simulation, analysis, and documentation.. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize panel design.• Ability to analyze technical specifications, requirements, and customer needs to developappropriate solutions.. Communication and Collaboration:• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate technicalinformation to team members, suppliers, and customers.• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and qualityassurance.. Education and Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical panel manufacturing or a related industry.• Previous experience in a technical office or engineering role within a manufacturingenvironment.
