Logistic Section Head

Lead and manage the logistics team across warehousing, transportation, and distributionOversee the inbound flow of raw materials required for glass production and outbound delivery of finished productsOptimize logistics processes to reduce costs, minimize delays, and improve overall efficiencyDevelop and implement logistics policies, SOPs, and best practices aligned with production needsCoordinate closely with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure supply chain continuityMonitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior managementManage relationships with freight carriers, third-party logistics providers, and suppliersEnsure compliance with local transportation regulations and company standardsHandle any logistics disruptions and provide fast, effective solutions Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field7–10 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environmentAt least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership roleExperience in raw material handling and finished goods distribution is a plusProficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar)Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills
