Customer Service Administrator

We are an online clothing brand, we are looking to hire a customer service agent to answer messages on social media, follow up on orders with courier services, follow up on returns, manage exchanges and refunds and fulfill orders. Full time - in office position (office located in heliopolice, cairo)2 years of experience required.Basic English and computer skills required.
