PositionHuman Resources Intern (HR Intern)DepartmentHuman ResourcesLocation5th Settlement, CairoEmployment TypeInternship Full-Time Duration3– MonthsApplication Deadline: 12-JuneInternship Start date: 15-June Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment SupportAssist in posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Support communication with applicants throughout the hiring process. HR AdministrationMaintain and update employee records and HR databases.Assist with preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.Ensure employee files are complete and organized.Support attendance and leave management processes. Onboarding & Employee ExperienceAssist in onboarding new employees.Prepare onboarding materials and documentation.Support employee engagement activities and events.Help coordinate training sessions and workshops. HR Reporting & DocumentationGenerate HR reports and dashboards as required.Maintain confidentiality of employee information.Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives. QualificationsRecently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong interest in Human Resources and talent management.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred SkillsBasic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.Familiarity with HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
