This role is perfect for an individual with a proven track record in comprehensive talent initiatives.Responsibilities:Develop and execute cutting-edge talent management strategies, including performance management, and leadership development programs.Lead the full cycle of recruitment efforts for key roles, ensuring we attract and onboard top-tier talent that aligns with our values.Design and implement robust Organization Development initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and overall organizational health.Administer and refine performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and support to managers and employees for effective goal setting and feedback.Collaborate with senior management to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training and development programs.Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective employee relations and engagement strategies.Leverage Microsoft Office suite proficiency to create compelling reports, presentations, and analyses for HR metrics.Skills & Technologies: You will be an expert in Talent Management, possessing deep knowledge of Human Resources (HR) best practices, Recruitment methodologies, and Organization Development principles. Your command of Management techniques and experience with Performance Appraisals will be critical. Experienced Professional: Possess 3-5 years of progressive experience in talent management, with a strong focus on recruitment and organizational development.Recruitment Acumen: Proven track record in successful Recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, for various organizational levels.HR Foundations: Solid understanding of core Human Resources (HR) principles, policies, and best practices.Organizational Development Pro: Experience in driving Organization Development initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and overall company culture.Performance Appraisal Expert: Hands-on experience with various Performance Appraisals systems and methodologies.Leadership & Management: Strong capabilities in Management, with the ability to guide and influence stakeholders effectively.Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with HRIS platforms.Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence at all levels.Location: Ability to work on-site in Giza, Egypt.
