Location: Alexandria, EgyptJob Type: Full-timeWorkplace: On-siteAbout the RoleNext Maritime is looking for an experienced HR Lead to establish, lead, and continuously develop our Human Resources function.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building HR processes from the ground up while driving the full employee lifecycle and partnering closely with business leaders.As part of a growing organization, you will lead all HR operations, ensure compliance with Egyptian labor regulations, foster a positive workplace culture, and support business growth through effective people strategies.
You will also oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.This role offers an excellent opportunity to shape the company's HR function and grow into a senior leadership position as the business expands.
5+ years of progressive HR experience.Previous experience as an HR Lead, Senior HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, or HR Business Partner.Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide HR initiatives and collaborate with management.Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment, Personnel, Payroll, and Employee Relations.Experience building or improving HR processes, policies, and systems.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and personnel administration.Experience in the Shipping, Maritime, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding industry is highly preferred.Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Must be based in Alexandria.
