As Eyewa continues its regional expansion, Egypt represents one of its most exciting growth markets, with plans to build a strong retail footprint across the country.
We're looking for an experienced Head of Leasing to lead the acquisition of high-potential retail locations and drive the expansion of Eyewa's store network in Egypt.The RoleAs Head of Leasing, you will lead the end-to-end leasing strategy for Eyewa Egypt.
You will identify, evaluate, negotiate, and secure prime retail locations while building strong relationships with landlords, developers, and mall operators to support the company's ambitious expansion plans.
•  7+ years in retail leasing, real estate, or expansion — ideally with a retail chain, F&B group, or developer active in the Egyptian market.•  A natural dealmaker and hunter — you love the chase of a great site and the win of a great deal, and you close.•  A strong, live network with Egyptian malls, developers, and landlords — doors open when you call.•  Commercially sharp: you can read a location both on the ground (footfall, catchment) and on the spreadsheet (rent-to-revenue, payback).•  Energetic and mobile — happy to be out in the field chasing sites, not behind a desk waiting for them.•  Ambitious and ownership-driven — you want to build a portfolio you can point to, not inherit one.
Fluent Arabic and English.
