Planning itineraries that include transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and activities.Booking travel services, such as flights, hotels, tours, cruises, and car rentals.Providing travel information about visas, passports, travel insurance, currency, weather, local customs, and health requirements.Preparing travel documents, including tickets, booking confirmations, and travel itineraries.Offering cost estimates and helping clients choose options that fit their budget.Handling changes and cancellations by assisting with rebooking, refunds, or alternative arrangements.Solving travel-related problems, such as delayed flights, lost luggage, or emergency situations during travel.Maintaining customer relationships by providing excellent service and encouraging repeat business.Keeping up to date with travel regulations, airline policies, tourism trends, and destination information.Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up after trips and addressing feedback or complaints.
