Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and offboarding.Design and maintain HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures in compliance with company standards and labor laws.Partner with department managers to identify workforce needs and develop effective manpower plans.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, engineering, and corporate positions.Establish and monitor performance management systems, KPIs, and employee development plans.Identify training needs and oversee learning and development initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities.Build succession planning and talent management programs for critical business roles.Ensure compliance with labor legislation, social insurance requirements, and internal governance policies.Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and employee documentation.Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.Provide HR guidance and support to managers on organizational, disciplinary, and employee relations matters.Prepare HR metrics, dashboards, and management reports to support strategic decision-making.Support organizational change, restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure HR processes comply with ISO 9001 and other applicable management system requirements.Manage the HR team and drive continuous improvement in HR operations and service delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.HR diploma, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Manager role.Previous experience in Electrical Contracting, Construction, MEP, Industrial, or Smart Automation companies is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of labor law, social insurance, payroll, and HR best practices.Proven experience in recruitment, organizational development, performance management, and talent management.Experience in developing HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures.Familiarity with ISO 9001 HR processes and quality management systems is an advantage.Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ERP systems.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
