About the CompanyWe are a well-established Petroleum Services company providing specialized solutions to the Oil & Gas industry.
Our expertise includes OCTG Services, Connection Rethreading, Machine Shop Manufacturing, Repair, Bucking Operations, Welding, Hard banding, and related workshop and field services.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and monitor the company's annual budget and financial plans.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.Manage banking relationships, financing activities, and cash management.Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns and statutory reports.Develop and improve financial policies, internal controls, and reporting procedures.Support senior management with financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.Ensure compliance with all applicable financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 3–5 years in a managerial position.Strong experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.Hands-on experience in tax inspections and dealing with the Egyptian Tax Authority.Solid experience in preparing and managing annual budgets (Budgeting) and financial planning.Good knowledge of social insurance administration, including employee and contractor insurance compliance.Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax laws and financial regulations.Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or petroleum services companies is highly preferred.Experience in cost control and cash flow management is preferred.
