Lead and manage the development of landscape and master plan designs from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.Review and approve landscape and master planning deliverables to ensure compliance with project objectives, company standards, and applicable regulations.Coordinate with architects, infrastructure engineers, MEP engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of all design disciplines.Manage external design consultants and monitor the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of design packages.Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and technical workshops to optimize project outcomes.Ensure all landscape and master planning designs comply with local regulations, environmental requirements, and sustainability standards.Collaborate with Development, Projects, Construction, Sales, and Marketing teams to align design solutions with business objectives.Review material selections, hardscape and softscape specifications, and landscape details to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.Monitor design schedules, project milestones, and consultant performance to ensure timely project delivery.Identify design risks and recommend practical solutions to maintain project objectives and timelines.Support tender documentation, consultant evaluations, and contractor technical clarifications related to landscape and master planning.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture and master planning.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.7–10 years of experience in landscape design, master planning, or urban design within the real estate, mixed-use, hospitality, or large-scale development sectors.Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, infrastructure consultants, and external design consultants.Ability to review and manage design deliverables, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and local regulations.
