Configure and customize the GoHighLevel platform based on business requirements.Build and optimize CRM pipelines, workflows, forms, surveys, calendars, custom fields, and reporting dashboards.Integrate marketing channels and tools including:Social media platformsWebsiteWhatsApp BusinessEmail marketing toolsCalendars and booking systemsGoogle Workspace, Zoom, and other platformsCreate automated workflows for:Lead captureLead nurturingFollow-upsAppointment bookingCustomer communication journeysConnect third-party applications using APIs, Webhooks, Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation tools.Implement AI-powered automations and chatbot workflows where applicable.Review and optimize customer journeys to improve lead conversion and management.Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve integrations throughout the project.Provide recommendations on the best technical solutions and automation strategies.
Proven experience implementing and managing GoHighLevel CRM solutions.Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation.Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make.com, APIs, and Webhooks.Experience integrating platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, Calendly, Zoom, and similar tools.Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables remotely.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Good English communication skills.Project DetailsRemote freelance opportunity.Project-based engagement with potential future collaboration.Flexible working arrangement.
