Whispyr is a B2B software platform built specifically for Egyptian real estate brokerages.
It helps sales teams manage leads, customer follow-up, WhatsApp conversations, market information and daily sales operations in one system.We are hiring a Product Manager with strong UX and design instincts to work directly with Whispyr’s founder, customers and engineering team.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding users, designing better workflows and turning customer feedback into clear product improvements.You will speak directly with brokerage owners, managers and sales teams, understand the problems they face and help design practical software solutions.A significant part of the role involves UX design.
You will create user flows, wireframes, interface concepts and detailed visual direction using Figma and AI design tools.
ResponsibilitiesSpeak regularly with customers to understand their workflows, problems and feedback.Help manage important customer concerns and ensure they are properly understood and followed up.Identify whether an issue is a bug, usability problem, training issue or potential product improvement.Convert customer feedback into clear product ideas and requirements.Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interface concepts using Figma.Improve existing product screens to make them clearer, simpler and easier to use.Prepare detailed visual briefs that engineers and AI design tools can execute.Work directly with the founder to discuss product ideas and priorities.Write clear feature descriptions, user stories, acceptance criteria and edge cases.Coordinate with engineers while features are being developed.Review completed features and conduct detailed product and design QA.Support customer onboarding and explain new features to customers.Observe how customers use released features and collect further feedback.Research competing products, interface patterns and relevant market trends.This is not a purely visual graphic design role and it is not a traditional customer support position.
It combines product thinking, UX design and direct customer interaction.
1–4 years of relevant experience in product management, UX design, UI/UX, customer success or a related role.Strong interest in software products, user experience and solving real business problems.Good understanding of UX design principles, user flows and interface structure.Comfortable creating wireframes and prototypes using Figma.A portfolio or examples of previous UX, UI or product work.Able to listen carefully to customers and identify the real problem behind their request.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to organize unclear information and convert it into structured requirements.High attention to detail when reviewing screens, workflows and product behavior.Comfortable working directly with software engineers.Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.Able to take ownership and work independently in a fast-moving startup.Willing to work on-site in New Cairo.PreferredExperience with B2B software, CRM products or operational systems.Experience in customer success or managing business customers.Experience working in a startup.Experience using AI tools for design, research, documentation or prototyping.Familiarity with real estate sales operations.
