We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Coordinator to join our Safety Team.
This role is ideal for someone with 0–1 year of experience who is eager to build a career in trucking safety and compliance.
The successful candidate will assist with daily safety operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company and DOT requirements.Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily safety operations by monitoring driver documentation, compliance records, and safety-related tasks.Assist in tracking inspections, violations, incidents, and driver qualification files while maintaining accurate records.Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to collect required documents, follow up on pending items, and ensure timely completion of safety requirements.
Bachelor's degree with 0–1 year of experience in operations, administration, logistics, or a related field.Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
