Japanese HR Translator and Content Creation Assistant

Job Description: As an HR Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing our recruitment efforts by sourcing, engaging potential candidates and managing the team. In particular, you will source candidates on various channels and track weekly and monthly KPIs. Scope of Work:Manage team and track daily/weekly/monthly KPIsUnderstand the Japanese client’s business and talent requirements, and keep relationshipsConduct interviews in Japanese with potential candidatesUtilize various sourcing methods (especially at LinkedIn) to identify and engage potential candidates.Send scout messages to potential candidates to introduce job opportunities and encourage applications.Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and candidate responses.Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.Assist in administrative HR tasks as needed.
