SAP Operations Coordinator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized SAP Operations Coordinator to support all administrative transactions between the warehouse and production departments, and to manage the release of finished goods to customers through the SAP system. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth internal operations and accurate system-based tracking of material movements. Key Responsibilities:Perform daily SAP entries for all production related topics including work orders, material requests and time receipts.Monitor and update production consumption and finished goods within SAP.Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure data accuracy and workflow alignment.Reconcile actual production with SAP system records; investigate and resolve any variances.Generate SAP reports to support operations, planning, and management decisions.Ensure compliance with voestalpine’s internal quality and control procedures. 1–3 years of experience in SAP ERP (MM, PP, or SD modules preferred).Background in logistics, warehouse operations, or manufacturing administration.Preferred Education: Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related fields.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction recording.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Excellent communication and coordination skills.
