Support the Branch Manager in leading and overseeing all financial and non-financial services to ensure the achievement of branch objectives and operational excellence.Supervise lending operations, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Develop, implement, and monitor branch marketing and business development plans to achieve lending, non-financial services, and revenue targets.Lead, coach, and evaluate branch staff, ensuring effective performance management, workforce development, and execution of operational plans.Coordinate with internal departments, government entities, financial intermediaries, NGOs, and development partners to resolve operational challenges and strengthen strategic partnerships.Oversee the delivery of non-financial services, one-stop-shop operations, community development initiatives, exhibitions, and investment promotion activities within the governorate.Ensure the accuracy of operational reports, customer data, and management information systems while maintaining high standards of internal control and audit compliance.Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve escalated complaints, improve service quality, and act on behalf of the Branch Manager when delegated.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.7–15 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong knowledge of branch operations, lending processes, financial services, and regulatory compliance.
