This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for Fresh Real Estate Sales Specialists (Graduates & No Experience).Guide clients through property options.Present suitable projects and support clients in making informed real estate decisions.Conduct property tours.Follow up with potential buyers.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deals.Collaborate closely with the team.Learn market trends and apply training provided by the company.Achieve sales targets.Support the structured development program for graduates and individuals starting their careers in real estate.
Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain a Real Estate License, and demonstrate genuine interest in the Real Estate field.Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication.Candidates should possess Sales-related skills such as negotiation, persuasion, and goal-oriented follow-up.Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Real Property concepts and a willingness to learn market dynamics in Egypt and the Middle East.Candidates should have good interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Cairo, with flexibility to meet clients and attend property visits as needed.A high school diploma is required; a university degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.Fluency in Arabic & English is required.
