As we expand our footprint across the U.S. and globally, we are building a strong HR foundation to support our people, culture, and growth.We’re looking for an energetic HR Specialist based in Egypt to help support our U.S. operations with recruiting, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR processes.Role Overview This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career (1–2 years experience) who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping organizations run smoothly.
You will be a key operational partner supporting employees, managers, and leadership remotely.
HR Operations & AdministrationAssist with payroll coordination and employee data accuracyManage vacation, PTO, and leave trackingMaintain HR records and documentationSupport onboarding and offboarding processes Recruitment & Talent SupportHelp source, screen, and coordinate interviewsCommunicate with candidates and hiring managersAssist with employer branding and recruiting initiatives Policies & TrainingSupport implementation of company policies and proceduresCoordinate employee training sessions and materialsHelp reinforce company culture and employee engagement Employee SupportServe as a friendly HR contact for employee questionsCommunicate clearly with employees via phone, email, and chatHelp resolve basic HR issues proactively Requirements½–2 years HR experience (HR assistant, HR coordinator, recruiter, or similar)Excellent spoken and written English (must be near-fluent)Comfortable working U.S. hours or partial overlapStrong communication skills — especially phone confidenceOrganized, proactive, and detail-orientedPositive attitude, high energy, and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work independently in a remote environment Nice to Have (Bonus)Experience supporting U.S. companies or international teamsFamiliarity with payroll tools, Gusto, or ADPExperience in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage industries What We Offer Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding international brandExposure to U.S. HR practices and leadership teamsCollaborative, entrepreneurial work cultureCompetitive compensation (based on experience)Remote flexibility with meaningful career growth
